A Destination Nursery for Discerning Gardeners
With more than 40 years of experience, Beaver Creek Nursery has become a trusted resource for gardeners throughout East Tennessee. What began as a landscape company evolved into a specialty nursery focused entirely on growing exceptional plant material. This foundation allows us to offer consistency, reliability, and plants proven to thrive in regional conditions.
Sevierville gardeners visit us for rare, unusual, and hard-to-find trees, shrubs, and perennials that bring structure, texture, and year-round interest to their landscapes. Our intentionally refined inventory helps ensure healthier plants and dependable results.
Plants Chosen for Mountain and Valley Landscapes
All plants sold at Beaver Creek Nursery at Briar Thicket are nursery grown from seed, cuttings, or division and are never collected from the wild. We trial our plants for hardiness to ensure they perform well in East Tennessee’s climate, including the elevation changes, temperature swings, and moisture variations common in the Sevierville area.
Our selection includes Japanese maples, stewartias, native trees and shrubs, conifers, camellias, hostas, ferns, and wildflowers. We do not sell annuals or fruit trees, allowing us to focus entirely on plants that provide long-term landscape value.
Guidance Rooted in Real-World Experience
Choosing the right plants involves more than aesthetics alone. With decades of hands-on growing experience, we help Sevierville customers select plants based on sunlight exposure, soil conditions, drainage, moisture levels, and mature growth habits. This thoughtful approach leads to healthier gardens and fewer long-term maintenance concerns.
Whether you are enhancing a wooded property, improving shaded areas, or planning foundation plantings near the Smoky Mountains, our guidance is honest, practical, and grounded in real-world results.
